Fitness Center Etiquette

Clean Up After Yourself. Disinfect and return equipment to proper location when finished.
Ages 12-14 Require Adult Supervision.  Individuals 12-14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Ages 11 and under are not allowed in wellness area.
Avoid Texting and Calls while Working Out. Please be considerate of others and avoid texting and making phone calls while on equipment.
Share Equipment. Use only one piece of equipment at a time and allow others to use equipment between your sets.
Use at Your Own Risk. Not sure how to properly use equipment? Schedule a free equipment orientation with a CCC Personal Trainer. See front desk for more information.

Strength Equipment Orientation-FREE

 New members can learn how to safely and effectively use our cardio and strength equipment by scheduling a free equipment orientation! You will walk away with a generic workout card and recommended reps/sets.
