AOA Fitness Class Schedule (April 1- May 31)
- No need to register - drop in!
- Classes are held on a first come, first serve basis. Once class capacity is met, class is full.
- Studio doors will open 10 minutes prior to class start time.

Specialty Fitness Programs
AOA Irish Workout
Friday, March 17 8:30-9:15 am in the Wellness Studio (please note there are NO other 8:30am AOA/SS group fitness classes this day) Join SilverSneakers instructor, Jennifer Balk, for a fun Irish-themed workout in observation of St. Patrick's Day. You are encouraged to wear green! We are looking for the lucky leprechaun that gets the most 'gold'! Will it be you?
AOA Spring Training
Batter up! We will CATCH baseball fever throughout this week long incentive program! See your SS/AOA instructor or visit The Lodge to pick up your score cards for the week. Every 30 minutes of physical activity, fill in a base. Run all 4 bases to score a homerun. Slide into The Lodge to turn in your scorecard (every time you get a homerun) –be entered in the ultimate raffle! No limit to entries. Join us for the Grand Slam Workout on Wednesday, March 22 8:30-9:15am and then swing on up to The Lodge dugout party at 9:30am! Baseball hats and jerseys are encouraged!
AOA Grand Slam Workout
Wednesday, March 22 8:30-9:15 am in the Lower Gym (Please note there are No other 8:30am AOA/SS group fitness classes this day) Join us for a fun baseball-themed workout led by Silver Sneakers instructor, Jennifer Balk. Wear your favorite baseball jersey, team colors or baseball hat! Swing up to The Lodge Dugout Party after class at 9:30am. Let's play ball!
AOA Egg-Cellent Workout
Friday, April 7 8:30-9:15 am in the Lower Gym. (Please note there are No other 8:30am AOA/SS group fitness classes this day) Join us for an EGG-citing AOA workout! Class is led by the EGG-mazing SilverSneakers Instructor, Jennifer Balk. This EGG-cellent workout is geared to Active Older Adults.
Group Fitness & Studio Etiquette
CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Disinfect equipment and return equipment to proper location when finished.
BE PATIENT. Please do not enter studio until the current class has finished putting equipment away.
KEEP DISTRICATIONS TO A MINIMUM. Please be considerate of others and avoid side conversations during class; including phone calls.
WEAR PROPER ATTIRE. For your safety, no boots, sandals or street shoes.
AGES 12-14 REQUIRED DIRECT ADULT SUPERVISION. Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
