March Group Fitness Schedule

Updated schedule with new classes and times! Pick up a March schedule at the CCC front desk. New classes include Zumba(R) Gold & Turbo Kick Express!

Iron Fit Challenge

Looking for a fitness challenge to keep you motivated? Run, bike and swim your way to an Ironman! An Ironman is usually completed within 17 hours for a triathlete, but you have 31 days to complete 26.2 mile run, 112 mile bike and 2.4 miles swim. Register today! Starts March 1.

Kids Yoga

3/5/22 8:30-9:00am in Fitness Studio - class is held 1x a month and is included in CCC membership; non-member pay daily admission.
