Spring League Registration

Spring league registration is still open! There are a couple leagues that are one team short of full, and others have several openings. If you have a team interested in a short, 6-week season, now is the time to sign up! Maybe you have a few friends who have always wanted to try curling. Spring leagues are perfect for that too! 

We have many different formats: Doubles, Triples, Open (traditional 4-person), and Futures (beginners). Leagues run April 29 - June 14.

Fire and Ice

Fire and Ice Bonspiel

Registration for the 2024 Fire and Ice Bonspiel will open on Wednesday, March 20, 10 a.m. The event will run July 11-14 with 48 teams and a 3-game guarantee. Lots of fun in the park is being planned! Thank you for your interest and support of the bonspiel!
USA Curling

USA Curling Updates

  • 5U Nationals - Volunteer opportunities are available. USA Curling is looking for timers and officials. Sign up. Contact information is also available in that link if you have any questions. Volunteers make these events possible. Thank you for helping us run a successful event for the participating teams!
  • Our host team challenge event is running this week with games on Thursday, March 21, 6 p.m., Friday March 22, 8 p.m., Saturday, March 23, 1 and 5 p.m., and Sunday, March 24, 10 a.m. The winning team will represent Chaska at the 5U Nationals!
  • Mixed Doubles Pre-trials - Chaska will be hosting the Mixed Doubles Pre-Trials August 8-11. Four teams will qualify for the 2025 Mixed Doubles Olympic Trials. More info available under the USA Curling News tab.
  • Are you interested in being a member rep for Chaska? USA Curling holds monthly update meetings with reps from member clubs. Each club has one male and one female rep. This is a great way to stay informed and involved. Contact Curling Center staff if interested.

Learn to Curl Events

Several learn-to-curl classes are available as well as a Curling Night Out scheduled on Saturday, April 13 at 5:30 p.m. (curling, dinner, and drinks for a group of 4). Learn-to-curls are a great intro to the sport. Sign up as an individual or small group on our Try Curling page. We hope to see you on the ice!

League Playoffs

Thank you to all the teams that signed up for league playoffs! We are working on the brackets, and we hope to have something to the teams by the end of the week or first thing next week.  

Brick City Bonspiel

Another bonspiel weekend has come and gone. This year's Brick City had a field of 16 teams battling it out to engrave their name on the coveted brick trophy. 

Congratulations to our winners, and thanks again to all the teams that participated!
