Memorial MURPH Workout
Saturday, May 27th 9:30-11:00am
Join fitness coach Syn Robertson for a workout that is dedicated to Navy Seal and Medal of Honor recipient, Lieutenant Michael Murphy. This physical (modifications will be available), mental and emotional workout is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our military and a testament to the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Cost includes Memorial MURPH t-shirt.

FREE Group Fitness Classes in the Park
All classes are SHINE only and held at Firemen's Park.
PiYo: A fast-paced cardio workout with flowing Yoga movements to burn fat and sculpt your body. This is NOT your average Yoga class - prepare to sweat and work hard! Please bring a yoga mat. Fridays / 8:30-9:30am / June 2, 9, 16, 23, July 7, 21 & 28
Yoga: A non-purist yoga class focusing on the mindful practice of the physical pose with nature as its surroundings. Please bring a yoga mat. Mondays / 7:00-8:00pm / June 5, 12, 19, 26, July 10, 17, 24 & 31
Zumba: An exercise based on the rhythms of Latin dance, music-salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia. Saturdays 1x a month / 8:30-9:30am / June 10, July 22 & August 19
